The Parish of the Holy Sacrifice, often called the UP Chapel, is a Roman Catholic church on the University of the Philippines Diliman campus, built in 1955 under the guidance of Fr. John P. Delaney, who had been serving the spiritual needs of the community since 1947. Designed by National Artist Leandro Locsin, it became a parish in 1977 under Cardinal Jaime Sin, with Msgr. Manny Gabriel as its first priest.
Known for its unique circular design and thin concrete dome, the church features works by five National Artists, including a double-sided crucifix by Napoleon Abueva and Stations of the Cross by Vicente Manansala, earning it recognition as a National Historical Landmark and Cultural Treasure in 2005. It serves a vibrant and active community, with a dome supported by side pillars for an open interior, and remains a key spot near the U.P. Health Service and Shopping Center, accessible by all campus jeepney routes.
